How can I change my flight details?

It depends on the terms and conditions of your flight booking. It may be that changes are not possible, but in some cases adjustments can be made subject to an administration fee. If you would like assistance you can contact our reservations team at 0818 332500 or email us here.

What's my baggage allowance?

Baggage allowance will vary from airline to airline. Scheduled carriers (such as KLM, Air France and British Airways) will usually include baggage allowance for checked luggage as well as a select amount of hand luggage, though exact amounts may vary depending on airline and destination. For your exact allowance in kg please contact us on the number in your confirmation email. Low cost airlines (such as Aer Lingus, Ryanair and EasyJet) charge for checked luggage and an option to add checked luggage should have been offered to you during the booking process. If you have booked luggage it will be indicated on your flight confirmation. Hand luggage is strictly limited and must conform to airline specifications of weight and size. What time should I check in for my flight?

We recommend you check in at least 2 hours prior to departure for a short haul flight and at least 3 hours for long haul flights. Please allow extra time if collecting any tickets (TOD – ticket on departure). Please note it is always best to check with the airline for accurate check in times.

What is an electronic ticket (or E-ticket)?

Electronic Tickets are tickets stored within the airline’s reservation system rather than printed on a paper copy. The service is the exact same as the traditional paper service but eliminates the time and hassle of handling a paper ticket.

There is a mistake on my confirmation / e-mail / documentation, what should I do?

Do I need a visa for travelling to the USA?

When travelling to the US from Ireland you must complete the ESTA form before you travel in order to receive travel authorisation. It must be filled out at least 72 hours prior to departure, but it is recommended you complete it as soon a possible. This is essential for both adults and children and you must provide your passport number and country of residence. In most cases, electronic authorisation is granted online almost immediately and is valid for two years (or until the expiry of your passport). How do I change my accommodation?

Why do some hotels require a credit card imprint on check-in?

This is a standard requirement in most hotels worldwide and is only a precaution to guarantee payment of incidental charges (such as phone calls, room service, accidental damage, etc.) Upon check-out the hotel will usually give you the option of paying with cash instead.
