In recognition of Bali’s spirituality Uma Ubud offers a Como Shamhala Retreat, which includes four treatment rooms, a reflexology area, meditation bale, steam, sauna and 25M pol and gym. Access is also provided to Bali’s cultural activities, with visits to temples, galleries and museums. Mountain biking, white water rafting, guided walks and treks through Bali’s undiscovered hills can also be arranged.
