Sandy B Private Beach Club

Sandy B is the private beach club of The Bay Hotel. Overlooking the popular Camps Bay Beach, it provides an incomparable vantage point from which to enjoy the magnificent sunset. Enjoy lunch or a sunset snack in this stylishly relaxed venue with the azure Atlantic ocean as a backdrop.

Caamil’s Bar

The hotel’s main watering hole offers connoisseurs an excellent array of beverages, including a vast selection of cognacs, wines and cocktails, plus gourmet coffee from the genuine antique brass Brasilia coffee machine. Order the Caamiltini, a house special named after beloved barman, Caamil who has served thirsty guests here for more than a decade. Affectionately known as the “best barman in Cape Town”, Caamil has a loyal army of fans who come to taste, chat and soak up the comfy surrounds of the elegant bar for a pre- or post-dinner drink.

Sunset Café

Sunset Café, a new upscale cocktail lounge, has occupied the nook located at the entrance to The Bay Hotel, bringing a much needed unique flair to the strip. Owners, Patrick Symington (Mondiall) and Simon Fraser (founder of Earthcote Paints), have created a fantastic locals bar setting positioned to become Camps Bay’s most alluring social hub this summer. Open 7 days a week from 09:30am till 02:00am, they offer a cocktail for every occasion.
