RE: Travel Disruption due to regional airport closures in the Middle East

2nd March 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

We are continuing to closely monitor the ongoing situation in the Middle East and understand that some customers may have concerns regarding upcoming travel arrangements and potential disruption to flight operations in the region.

While many services continue to operate as scheduled, the situation remains subject to change at short notice and certain airlines and destinations may continue to experience delays, schedule changes or operational disruption from time to time.

We remain in regular contact with our airline and supplier partners and are monitoring all updates issued by carriers, local authorities and the Department of Foreign Affairs. Where customers are directly impacted by cancellations or significant schedule changes, we will provide updates and assistance as information becomes available to us.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers remains our priority. However, as airlines are responsible for the operation of their flights, we would strongly encourage all customers travelling to or through the region to continue monitoring their airline directly for the most up-to-date information and to ensure their contact details are up to date with both the airline and Classic Resorts.

Customers travelling in the coming days and weeks are also advised to review the latest travel advice issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance cover in place.

We appreciate that ongoing uncertainty can be concerning and we sincerely thank our customers for their patience and understanding. We will continue to update this page should there be any significant developments affecting travel arrangements.

Yours sincerely,

The Classic Resorts Team
